摘要 建立花楸叶中黄酮、多糖、萜类同步快速提取工艺,以期为花楸叶活性成分药用价值开发提供工艺基础。以花楸叶为原料,以总黄酮、多糖、总萜提取率为技术指标,通过提取方法对比试验,采用正交设计与多指标综合分析法(权重)探讨提取工艺的影响因素。影响因素顺序依次是:超声波时间>乙醇浓度>pH(料液比)>酶添加量,优化最佳工艺参数:超声波时间25 min,乙醇浓度50%,料液比1∶25(g/mL),pH=4,酶添加量5 mg/g。本工艺3种主要指标均比传统提取法有很大提高,放大20倍实验表明工艺较为稳定,标准偏差均在3%以内。 To establish simultaneous rapid extraction process for flavonoids, polysaccharides, terpene from Sorbus leaves, it is expected to be promoted to active ingredients of Sorbus leaves to provide technology-based. Sorbus leaves was used as raw material, extraction rate of the total flavonoids, polysaccharides, total terpene are technical Index;comparative study on extraction methods, using orthogonal design and comprehensive analysis of multi-index (weight) to study on the effect of the extraction process. The factors affecting the order is:ultrasonic time〉 ethanol concentration〉 pH (solid-liquid ratio)〉 enzyme added. The Optimal process parameters:ultrasonic time was 25 min, 50%ethanol concentration, the ratio of 1∶25 (g/mL), pH=4, enzyme added 5 g/g. The three main Technical Index of extraction rate has more greatly improved than the traditional extraction method; the 20-times Amplification experiments show that the process was more stable; standard deviations were less than 3%.
