摘要
对广东虫草(Cordyceps guangdongensis)深层发酵时菌丝体生长规律和发酵所获得的菌丝体成分进行初步的研究与分析。结果显示,广东虫草菌丝体在培养了50 h产量达最大值。溶氧量的下降速度在第30小时开始加快。广东虫草菌丝体的虫草酸含量较高,为46.3 mg/g,腺苷为0.25 mg/g,胞内粗多糖的含量为3.84%,水解氨基酸总量为26.6%,重金属含量符合食用菌安全标准。
Preliminary studies on submerged culture and mycelial chemical components of Cordyceps guangdongensis were performed. Mycelial biomass of Cordyceps guangdongensis reached to highest after incubating for 50 h. The mycelium contained cordycepic acid at 46.3 mg/g, adenosine 0.25 mg/g, polysaccharides 3.84%and total amino acids 26.6%. The contents of heavy metals were under the levels in standard for edible mushrooms.
