摘要 杂质是引起铅酸蓄电池报废的一个重要原因。因此本论文主要针对杂质中的铁、铜、锌和锑四种金属展开研究讨论对电池的影响。其中铁对电池的危害最大,而铜、锌和锑都可作为铅酸蓄电池的板栅材料,但当这三种杂质进入电池的活性物质时也会对电池造成不同的危害。因此在制作和回收电池时要进行严格控制。 The impurity was one of the important reasons to cause the lead -acid battery scrap. The effects of iron, copper, zinc and antimony on the lead - acid battery were mainly analyzed and summarized. The harm of iron was the maximum. Copper, zinc and antimony can be used as grid material for lead - acid battery, but when they were mixed into active substances to cause different damage to the lead - acid battery. Therefore, in the production and recycling of batteries, impurities should be controlled strictly.
