M30甲醇汽油腐蚀抑制剂的筛选及评价

摘要 以均匀试验设计安排试验,采用静态腐蚀挂片法研究了腐蚀抑制剂的缓蚀效率,通过二次多项式回归拟合,筛选出了一种多元复配体系M30甲醇汽油腐蚀抑制剂。结果表明,在含有少量甲酸的M30甲醇汽油介质中,该腐蚀抑制剂对45#钢、H65黄铜、T2紫铜的缓蚀性能可分别达到97.06%、97.46%和99.08%。 A uniform design method was adopted to arrange experiments and the inhibition efficiency of the inhibitors was studied using static corrosion experiment method. A compounded system corrosion inhibitor was selected in M30 through the quadratic muhinomial regression. The result showed that the composite inhibitors had a good inhibitive effects in M30 with the formic acid, and the inhibition efficiency of the inhibitors to carbon steel (45#), brass (H65) and copper (T2) can reach to 97.06% , 97.46% , 99.08% , respectively.
