三维电极法对聚苯硫醚合成废水的预处理试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 以石墨电极为阴极,RuO2-IrO2-SnO2/Ti电极为阳极,处理后的柱状活性炭组成三维电极体系对实际PPS合成废水进行预处理,并与二维电极法进行处理效果比较。分析废水在不同浓度下的处理效果,研究废水在电解过程中主要有机物的降解变化情况。结果表明:三维电极对废水CODCr去除效果上明显优于二维电极,CODCr最大去除率达46.5%;氨氮和色度去除率分别达到了62.9%和52%;废水B/C由0.15提高到0.44,可生化性显著提高;废水CODCr的去除过程符合二级动力学方程;通过GC-MS分析,表明废水中存在苯环类化合物及具有碳链结构的无机物,电解反应后废水中氯苯、二氯苯类物质得以彻底去除。 The graphite electrode used as cathode, RuO2 - IrO2 - SnO2/Ti electrode as anode, and columnar activated carbon after processing as particle electrode constitutes the three - dimensional electrode system for the PPS wastewater was carried out the pretreatment research. The processing effects of wastewater under different concentration were studied, and the changes of main organic compounds in wastewater were also analyzed. The results demonstrated that the three- dimensional electrode had obvious advantage over two -dimensional electrode method on the removal rate of CODcr, which can be reached 46. 5%. Good removal effects on NH3 - N and chroma of PPS synthetic wastewater could also get by using this method, and its removal rate of NH3 - N and chroma reached 62. 9% and 52%. The B/C was increased 0. 15 - 0. 44, therefore, the biodegradab CODcr in wastewater was in line with the second ility of wastewater was enhanced obviously. In addition, the GC -MS detection results indicated that there existed benzene compounds and some inorganic compounds composed of carbon chain structure in PPS synthetic wastewater, the organic compounds in wastewater were changed obviously, and substances like chlorobenzene and dichlorobenzene in wastewater were significantly removed after electrolysis.
