摘要
主要分析了GSP粉煤气化工艺粗煤气成分的特点,并结合已有变换工艺的运行状况,分析了如何在GSP粉煤气化技术制取天然气的工艺路线中对变换工艺的设计上提出改进,目的在于优化变换设计、充分回收变换反应余热、降低消耗及变换装置的投资成本。
According to the features of GSP pulverized coal gasification, a primary analysis on the characteristic ofraw gas was given and the existing problems in shift process were discussed. In GSF pulverized coal gasificatlon metnod for natural gas synthesis and shift process improvements were proposed. The aim was to optimize design of shift process, fully recover waste heat in shift reaction, reduce energy consumption and investment cost of the equipment.
