摘要
对商陆和垂序商陆种子采用98%H2S04和赤霉素等处理,以提高其种子萌发率。结果表明,商陆与垂序商陆种子最佳萌发条件类似,用浓硫酸处理40 min,再用100 mg/ml赤霉素处理1h时,萌发率最高,胚根生长情况最好。
To enhance the seed germination rate, concentrated sulfuric acid and gibberellin were used for the pretreatment of Phytolacca acinosa Roxb. and Ph. americana L.. The results showed that, treated with 98% H2SO4 for 40 rain, followed by 100 mg/ml GA3 for 1 h, the seed of Phytolacca acinosa Roxb. and Ph. ameri- cana L. showed the highest germination rate, and the growth status of their radicals were also the best.
