摘要
通过大棚温室盆栽控水试验,研究了14个白三叶草品种在失水胁迫下萎蔫系数、枯叶率、叶片相对含水量、叶片含水量和叶绿素含量的变化,并应用隶属函数法对不同品种的抗旱能力进行了综合比较。结果表明:海发的抗旱能力最强,铺地的抗旱能力最差;14个品种的抗旱能力表现为:海发>考拉>瑞文德>碧盛>百事吉>百事>拉迪诺>克朗德>草地胡依阿>荷兰白>米尔卡>超级惠亚>和谐>铺地。
Through the potted and water - controlling experiments in greenhouse, the author studied the changes in wilting co- efficient, withered leaf rate, leaf relative water content, leaf water content and leaf chlorophyll content of 14 Trifolium repens varie- ties under drought stress, and comprehensively compared the drought resistance of these varieties by using membership function method. The results indicated that Haifa had the strongest drought resistance among 14 varieties, and Prop had the worst drought re- sistance. The physiological drought resistance of 14 Trifolium repens varieties could be arranged as follows : Haifa 〉 Koala 〉 Riven- del 〉 Zapican 〉 Svnergy 〉 Pepsi 〉 Ladino 〉 Klondike 〉 Grassland Huia 〉 Dutch 〉 Milkanova 〉 Super Huia 〉 Harmony 〉 Prop.
