Effects of Different Nitrogen Fertilizer Application Rates on Yield and Nutritive Quality of Cucumber in Soilless Culture

摘要 以“露丰”黄瓜为试材,使用木薯渣混合基质栽培的方法,研究了不同氮肥的施用量对黄瓜的结果期、产量和营养品质的影响。结果显示:(1)当施用尿素在0~15g/桶范围,氮肥施用量的增加可以提前并且延长结果期,黄瓜的产量、单果长、单果重、果实可溶性固形物和可溶性糖含量均得到了提高,果实酸度降低。并且各处理黄瓜单果的长度和果重、可溶性固形物、可溶性糖含量和硝酸盐含量随着氮肥的消耗而降低;(2)施用尿素25g/桶时,结果后期的可溶性糖含量和硝酸盐含量要高于结果盛期的,果实的酸度降低;(3)施用尿素15g/桶时,结果期时间最长,小区总产量最高(25.14kg),并且结果前期和结果后期的营养品质都较好。 Experiments were conducted to study the effects of different nitrogen fertilizer application rates on the fruiting peri- od, yield and nutritive quality of cucumber variety "Lufeng" cultivated in the mixed substrate of cassava residue. The results were as follows : ( 1 ) When the application rate of nitrogen fertilizer (urea) was enhanced in the range of 0 ~ 15 g/bucket, the fruiting period of cucumber became earlier and extended, the yield, single - fruit length, single - fruit weight, soluble solid content and sol- uble sugar content were increased, and the fruit acidity was decreased. The single -fruit length, single -fruit weight, and the con- tents of soluble solid, soluble sugar and nitrate in fruits in all treatments decreased with the consumption of nitrogen fertilizer in the substrate. (2) When 25 g/bucket urea was applied, the contents of soluble sugar and nitrate in fruits at later fruiting stage were higher than those at flourishing fruiting stage, but the fruit acidity was lower. (3) As the application rate of urea was 15 g/bucket, the fruiting period was the longest, the plot total yield was the highest (25.14 kg), and the nutritive quality of fruits was better.
