重金属污染对土壤微生物影响的研究进展

Research Progress in Influence of Heavy Metal Pollution on Soil Microorganisms

综述了国内外重金属对土壤微生物生物量、微生物群落结构、微生物生理生化等方面的研究进展,指出未来的研究应加强重金属对土壤微生物多样性影响的评判指标体系建立、重金属污染与土壤微生物群落结构变化相互关系、重金属污染对土壤微生物影响的复合效应、土壤微生物对重金属污染适应机理、重金属对土壤微生物生理生化的综合影响及相关分子机理的探究。

This paper reviewed the research progresses in the influences of heavy metal pollution on the biomass, community structure, physiology and biochemistry of soil microorganisms in the world, and pointed out that the future researches should be fo- cused on the following aspects： construction of evaluation index system for the influences of heavy metal pollution on soil microbial diversity ; mutual relation between heavy metal pollution and community structural change of soil microorganisms ; composition effects of heavy metal pollution on soil microorganisms; adaptation mechanism of soil microorganisms to heavy metal pollution; comprehen- sive influences of heavy metal pollution on the physiology and biochemistry of soil microorganisms and the related molecular mecha-nism.
