摘要
研究了3,4-苯并芘(BaP)暴露对食蚊鱼生长发育的影响,结果表明:在BaP中暴露8周后,雄鱼的体长、体重和性腺组织学结构没有明显的变化,而肝重、肝腺指数、精子数和精子成活率在不同浓度(1、10和100μg/L)暴露下均有不同程度的改变(P<0.05或P<0.01);在BaP中暴露8周后,雌鱼的体长、体重、肝重和肝腺指数均没有明显的变化,而性腺和性腺指数则在高浓度(100μg/L)暴露下有不同程度的变化(P<0.05或P<0.01),并对胚胎发育早期阶段怀胎数减少有明显的影响。因此,BaP对雄性食蚊鱼具有的环境内分泌干扰效应较明显;而对雌性食蚊鱼怀孕期的早期发育也有一定影响。
The toxic effects of 3,4 -Benzopyrene (BaP) exposure on the growth and development of mosquitofish (C-ambusia affinis) were investigated in this paper. The results showed that: after male mosquitofishes were exposed to different concentrations ( 1 , 10 and 100 p.g/L) of BaP for eight weeks, their body length, body weight and gonadal histological structure did not change ob- viously, while their liver weight, liver gland index, sperm count and sperm survival rate had varying degrees of changes ( P 〈 O. 05 or P 〈 O. 01 ). After female mosquitofishes were exposed to BaP for eight weeks, their body length, body weight, liver weight and liver gland index had no marked changes, but their gonad and gonad index under high concentration ( 100 p.g/L) of BaP exposure had different degrees of changes ( P 〈 O. 05 or P 〈 0.01 ) , and their number of pregnancy at the earlier stage of embryonic develop- ment reduced significantly. It was concluded that BaP had obvious environmental endocrine disrupting effect on male mosquitofish, and it also had some impacts on the earlier development of pregnancy in female mosquitofish.
