基于数字图像处理的胶带裂纹检测方案研究

胶带机是煤矿井下普遍使用的运煤设备,其中胶带是最重要的煤炭承载体,胶带一旦撕裂给煤矿安全生产带来极大的威胁。本文在深入分析煤炭胶带裂纹图像特点及实际应用环境上,提出了基于数字图像处理的胶带表面裂纹检测方案,并详细介绍了数字图像处理方法和步骤。

The adhesive tape machine is coal equipment widely used in underground coal mine, the coal carrier tape is most important, once the tear tape to the coal mine safety production brings the enormous threat. Based on the analysis of the coal belt crack image characteristics and actual application environment,the tape surface crack detection scheme based on digital image processing, and introduced the digital image processing methods and steps.
