心脏淀粉样变性的诊断和治疗进展 被引量：20

摘要 系统性淀粉样变性是由于淀粉样物质在多种组织器官内沉积造成的多系统疾病，每年发病率在6～10例／100万人，且临床表现复杂多样，往往早期诊断困难。心脏淀粉样变性（cardiacamyloidosis，CA）指淀粉样物质在心脏内沉积，造成以限制性心肌病或难治性心力衰竭为主要表现的心肌疾病。所谓的淀粉样物质是以异常的β折叠形式沉积在细胞外的某种自体蛋白纤维，经过刚果红染色在偏振光显微镜下，呈现苹果绿双折射，在电镜观察下，
