灌输教育是我党长期以来坚持的一条行之有效的方法,在我国革命、建设、改革中发挥了巨大作用。灌输教育在其发展过程中也出现了一些问题。要发挥灌输教育有效性,就要更新灌输教育理念、丰富灌输教育内容、创新灌输教育形式和方法。

Information literacy of foreign language teachers plays a very important role in college teach- ing. From the perspective of information literacy, questionnaire is adopted as an instrument to do a research on four aspects： information knowledge, information awareness, information skills and information ethics. The research indicates that most teachers realize the importance of information literacy on teachers＇ professional development and the effects to facilitating foreign language teaching, but they show different attitudes to the improvement of teachers＇ research ability. Furthermore, the mastery and application of information techniques vary much from young teachers and elder teachers.
