The Stability of Weft Insertion of CRT-83 Carpet Rapier Loom

CRT-83型地毯剑杆织机是一种高档刚性剑杆织机,由于其引纬的纱线较粗,故对其引纬稳定性要求较高。基于剑杆纬纱交接稳定性和剑头夹持纬纱稳定性的理论研究,得出影响刚性剑杆引纬稳定性的因素分别为剑杆变形、滑脱力及纬纱夹持深度,并较为具体地分析了其主要影响因素如剑杆的握持长度、外伸长度与夹纱装置的释放时间、弹簧片的初始变形角等,从而可用于指导剑杆引纬工艺调节。

CRT-83 carpet rapier loom is an advanced rigid rapier loom which requires high level of weft insertion due to the thick weft. Theoretical analysis based on the theory research of the stability of weft clamping and weft handover shows that the rapier deformation, slipping force and the depth of clamping are the main factors influencing the stability of weft insertion. In order to obtain reasonable process of weft insertion, the paper discussed the following factors ：the grip length and outrigger length of rapier,release times of clip yarn device, initial deformation angle of spring piece.
