摘要
根据阴离子聚合反应的机理,考察催化剂、助催化剂、改性剂等因素对铸型尼龙的材料拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、硬度和冲击强度等性能指标的影响.试验结果表明:当真空度为1.333 kPa,氢氧化钠一般为己内酰胺的0.4%~ 0.5%每摩尔,列克纳用量为4 mL时,材料的综合性能较佳.
Based on anionic polymerization mecha nism,the paper explores how catalyst,cocatalyst and modifier influence the tensile strength, elongation at break, rigidity and flexural strength of MC nylon. Experiment results show that,when the degree of vacuum is 1.333 kPa,the molar ratio of sodium hydroxide to caprolactam is 0.4 % - 0.5 % / (mol), and the amount of polyisocyanate adhesive is 4ml, the material shows an better overall performance.
