传统手工技艺与人们关系十分密切。历史上各种生产工具、生活用具的制作,大型建筑工程、军事设施建设都离不开手工技艺。传统手工技艺在物质文明和精神文明的建设中,在历史发展中发挥了重要作用,也奠定了它在非物质文化遗产中的重要地位。在工业化城市化快速发展进程中,加强对传统手工技艺类非遗的保护尤为迫切。要充分发挥民办博物馆和民间收藏家的作用,保护好非遗的物质载体,做好传统手工技艺的传承工作。

The traditional handicrafts are closely related to people＇s lives and indispensible to the making of various production tools and living utensils ,and to the construction of big buildings and military facilities. They play important roles in the historical development and in the construction of material and spiritual civilizations, which established their status in the intangible cultural heritage. Therefore it is our urgent task to strengthen the protection of traditional handicrafts as intangible cultural heritage in the process of industrialization and urbanization. Full play should be given to the private museums and collectors ,material carriers of intangible cultural heritage should be well protected and the traditional handicrafts should be inherited properly.
