On Development and Practice of Talent Cultivation Mode of “One Line of Four Sectors”

以不断提升专业服务产业发展能力,培养学生综合职业能力为目标,构建了实现从专业基本能力、专业专项能力、专业综合能力到岗位综合能力,能力不断递进的"一线四平台"工学结合人才培养模式。介绍了"一线四平台"人才培养模式的内涵,以及在实践中取得的成效。

A talent cultivation mode of ＂One Line of Four Sectors＂ is developed for the purpose of improving students＇ comprehensive occupational abilities and enhancing the capacities of a college specialty serving for the industrial development. The mode is working-learning integrative with students abilities progressing in a ＂line of four sectors＂ ,that is,from basic professional abilities to abilities in special professional items,then to comprehensive abilities in their specialty,and last to comprehensive abilities in their occupational posts. Connotations of the mode, together with the achievements in practice, are then presented.
