高职院校团组织合理运用微博是针对当前网络新媒体对青年成长成才的影响做出的科学决策和创新举措。以南通纺织职业技术学院为例,说明微博对提高高职院校团组织工作效能的作用,提出高职院校利用微博开展共青团工作需要注意的事项。

To reasonably apply micro-blog platform in Communist Youth League＇s work in higher vocational colleges is a scientific decision and innovation in the context of new network media which greatly influence the growth of youngsters. With Nantong Textile Vocational Technology College as an example, the paper argues for the effectiveness of micro-blog in improving the working efficiency of Communist Youth League in higher vocational colleges, and matters which need attention in the application are then put forward.
