在前人研究的基础上,通过实例和课题研究将拉曼光谱在物证鉴定中的应用进行总结与阐释,特别阐述了将拉曼光谱应用于文件检验中的优势,以及拉曼光谱在添改变造文件检验、文件材料检验、朱墨时序检验及不同成分交叉笔画的先后顺序检验中的应用.以期将拉曼光谱这种重要的分析测试手段引入并推广到物证鉴定领域中.

Raman spectroscopy is developing rapidly in recent years, and is becoming an important method in analysis. At present, Raman spectroscopy has been widely used in medicine, biology, polymer materials and other fields. In forensic science, the application of Raman spectroscopy is becoming more and more, especially in questioned documents examination. In this paper, on the basis of previous researches, the application of Raman spectrum in forensic science is summarized through examples and research. The advantages of Raman spectrosco- py used in questioned documents examination are expounded in order to introduce and spread the most important testing method, Raman spectroscopy, to the field of forensic science.
