河南省现场导游考试存在问题研究

现场导游考试是选拔合格人员进入导游队伍的关键环节.本文认为现场导游考试在考生、评委及主管机构三大方面存在问题,认为导游资格考试主管机构应该考核考生的综合素质及细化考试管理,以期能够更加科学、客观、公平、公正地选拔出优秀导游,为河南的旅游事业蓬勃发展做出贡献.

Site tour guide test is the key step to select qualified personnel to enter the guide team. The author summarizes the problems of site tour guide test from three aspects： the candidates, the judges and the tour guide qualification examination authority. The author emphasizes that the test should examine examinee＇ s comprehensive quality and refine the examination management in order to realize a more scientific, objective, fair, impartial selection of excellent tour guide and contribute to vigorous development of Henan tourism cause.
