针对本科《植物细胞工程》实验教学中存在的问题,采取优化实验课内容、增加设计性实验、运用多媒体教学、完善考核制度等办法,提升实验教学质量,培养学生的科研能力和创新能力.

Considering the practical problems during the experimental teaching of plant cell engineering, this paper discusses how to improve the quality of experimental teaching and the students＇ ability of scientific research. The following measures improved the quality of experimental teaching： the optimization of the experimental contents, the increase in the research experiments, the application of the multimedia in the experimental teaching and the perfection of scientific assessment method.
