Different countries have different historical contexts, political systems and religious beliefs, as well as life styles, the diversities and differences of different cultures have appeared. Therefore, during the cross - cultural communication between Chinese and westerners, the culture conflict and collision appear inevitably. This paper attempts to explore the differences between Chinese and western cultures and explores the problems which should be paid attention to in the cross - cultural communication, and how to integrate culture teaching into college foreign languages teaching.
