政府的公信力是政府获得社会及民众信任和支持的一种能力和表现,是维护社会公平正义的底线,在现代社会,尤其是网络社会尤显重要。随着互联网的迅猛发展,网络舆情已经成为一个重要的舆论场,政府的公信力面临着严峻的挑战和冲击。基于此,结合网络舆情和公共管理相关理论,可以在理念、机制、法律、规律认识、方向引领等方面采取措施逐步加以解决。

The credibility of the government is the government access to social and public trust and support for capacity and performance. It is also the base line to maintain social fairness and justice, which is of vital importance in modern society, es pecially in the network society. With the rapid development of the internet, as network has become an important field of pub- lic opinion, the credibility of the government is facing a severe challenge and shock. Based on this cognition, combined with the network of public opinion and public management theory, measures can be taken to resolve relevant issues in the concept, mechanism, laws, understanding of the law, and directed guidance.
