Formulation of clinical practice guideline in traditional Chinese medicine of coronary heart disease angina pectoris correspond with evidenced-based medicine

通过分析现有的冠心病心绞痛中医实践指南的优势和不足,提出基于循证医学的中医实践指南制订的特点和关键。中医实践指南的制订既要纳入循证医学的方法,提供证据级别和推荐等级,规范方法实施中的各个环节;又要从中医临床实际出发,重视专家共识,体现中医诊疗特色,使中医证候分类简明、实用,用药合理、有效。如此,为制订具有科学性、实用性和可操作性的中医实践指南提供思路、方法和建议。

The objective of the article is to analysis advantages and disadvantages of clinical practice guidelines in Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） of coronary heart disease angina pectoris, so as to study characteristics and keys to formulate clinical practice guideline in TCM of coronary heart disease angina pectoris correspond with evidenced-based medicine. The clinical practice guideline in TCM should be formulated by using methods of evidenced-based medicine, providing evidence levels and recommending grades, standardizing each procedure. At the same time, the diagnosis and treatment characteristics of TCM should be analyzed and be paid attention to in formulating clinical practice guideline in TCM, and expert consensus method should be used and specified. So, the syndrome classification will be concise and useful, and selected Chinese drugs will be reasonable and effective. Such methods is expected to provide train of thought and advises for formulating clinical practice guideline in TCM, which is scientific, practice and exercisable.
