摘要
林丹教授是海南省名中医,国家中医药管理局名老中医药专家师承班指导老师。林教授临床经验丰富,临证中尤其擅长运用中药及方剂。她在多年的临床实践中,总结出肉桂的临床应用经验,认为临证时需详辨病机,合理、恰当地配伍使用肉桂,方可获得良效。其临证灵活配伍运用肉桂,取其引火归原、纳气平喘、温中止泻、温阳化气等功效治疗内科杂病,收效颇显。对临床医师正确掌握和灵活应用肉桂具有重要的参考价值。
Professor LIN Dan, one of the Hainan provincial famous doctors of TCM, is an instructor of Famous Doctor Inheritance Program of National Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine. She owns rich clinical experience, especially in using Chinese herbs and prescriptions. After practicing for many years, she summarizes the clinical experience in the application of Cinnamon, she thinks that making the differentiation of the disease mechanism in detail, and making a reasonable and appropriate application of Cinnamon is a good way to achieve treatment effect. In clinical practice, she is able to use Cinnamon more flexibly in coordinating with other Chinese herbs, which reaches a significant good treatment effect in the department of internal medical disease, taking the advantage of the function of Cinnamon, such as guiding fire to origin, nourishing the kidney and preventing asthma, warming middle energizer to stop diarrhea, warming Yang to transform Qi and so on. It provides useful references for TCM physicians in application of Cinnamon.
