肺癌放射性肺损伤中医治疗体会

Experience of traditional Chinese medicine for treatment of lung cancer with radioactive lung injury

肺癌放射性肺损伤发病率较高,危害性大。西医治疗有一定的局限,尤其是在放射性肺纤维化阶段。中医认为本病病机为本虚标实、虚实错杂,气阴两伤和瘀毒互结,治法以益气养阴、清热解毒、活血化瘀、止咳平喘为主。与此同时,治疗辨病求因明本,用药肺体为本而不止于肺,以平淡之法,有明显优势。治疗过程按疾病动态分期,权衡主次,早期预防为主,中期对症治疗,晚期维持治疗。中医预防治疗放射性肺损伤有一定优势。
