文章通过梳理古今文献,对"利水功效"进行了细致的说明,并且探讨了利水功效相关的疾病及其治疗方案,分析了常用的利水中药的特点,并且进行初步的统计学分析、概括,通过"水肿"这一疾病症候建立了传统功效与现代研究方案相对接的纽带,为中医药学的现代发展提供了可行的研究思路。

This paper is to elucidate the ＇diuretic function＇ by taking ancient and modern literatures for reference. It discusses the ＇diuretic function＇ related diseases and its therapeutic schemes. It also makes a basic statistical analysis on the features of the common diuretic Chinese medicine. The symptom of edema could establish the bridge between the traditional diuretic function and the modern research schemes, which brings a feasible method for modern development of TCM.
