调肝解毒方治疗抑郁症130例临床观察

Clinical observation on 130 patients of depression treated with Tiaogan Jiedu Formula

目的:观察调肝解毒方治疗抑郁症的临床疗效。方法:依据《中国精神疾病分类与诊断标准》第3版CCMD-3心境障碍抑郁发作的诊断标准,确诊抑郁症患者随机分为治疗组130例与对照组115例,治疗组应用调肝解毒方治疗,对照组应用盐酸舍曲林治疗。疗程12周。以汉密尔顿评分等进行临床疗效评价。结果:治疗组总有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.05),不良反应较对照组明显减少(P<0.01,P<0.05)。汉密尔顿评分显示该方治疗本病症有较好疗效。结论:调肝解毒方治疗抑郁症有较好疗效,并且副反应少症状轻微,具有较好的依从性和安全性。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Tiaogan Jiedu Formula in the treatment of depression. Methods： Based on the Classification and Diagnostic Criteria of Mental Disorders （the third edition of Chinese CCMD-3 mood depression disorder）, patients with depression were randomly divided into a treatment group of 130 cases and a control group of 115 cases. Patients in the treatment group were treated with Tiaogan Jiedu Formula, and patients in the control group were ueated with Sertraline hydrochloride for 12 weeks. Clinical effect was evaluated by Hamilton rating. Results： The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than the that of control group （P〈0.05）, and the adverse reaction was significantly reduced compared with the control group （P〈0.01, P〈0.05）. Hamilton scores showed good treatment effect of this formula for this disease. Conclusion： Tiaogan Jiedu Formula has a good effect in the treatment of depression, and there are few side effects, mild symptoms, with better compliance and security.
