摘要
文章利用CES生产函数构建了技术进步偏向理论模型,并用1978~2011年的中国工业数据进行了实证分析。结果显示:中国工业要素替代弹性大于0,小于1,资本技术进步增长率小于劳动技术进步增长率;1987年前工业技术进步偏向劳动,1987年后工业技术进步偏向资本;工业行业的技术进步也有明显的资本偏向性,不同阶段的行业技术偏向性不一致;技术研发能力、国际贸易、外商直接投资以及资本深化是工业技术进步偏向资本的主要原因。
The paper builds a theoretical framework about biased technological progress by u- sing CES production function, and an empirical analysis is made based on Chinese industrial data from 1978 to 2011. The results show that the elasticity of substitution of industrial factor in China is more than 0 and less than 1, and the growth rate of capital technological progress is less than the labor. The industrial technological progress bias before 1987 tends to labor, and it tends to capital after 1978. The technological progress of industrial sector has significant capital bias, and the technology biases at different stages are inconsistent. Further analysis indicated that the capital bi- ased technological progress is mainly affected by R&D capabilities, international trade, foreign di- rect investment and capital deepening.
