新贸易保护主义是经济全球化过程中的逆流和漩涡。在危机来临的时候,把贸易保护当成救命稻草,似乎找到了自保的良药,但是其最终结果是两败俱伤。贸易保护违背了公平贸易的精神,对世界经济复苏产生严重的负面影响。警惕新贸易保护主义对中国经济产生的负面影响,在旗帜鲜明地反对新贸易保护主义措施的同时,还应全方面地发挥政府、企业和行会的作用以积极应对。

The new trade protectionism can be regarded as the adverse current or vortex now in the process of economic globalization. In times of crisis, trade protection is regarded as a life - saving straw. It seems to be a self protection medicine, but it actually causes destruction to both sides. Trade protection is judged against the spirit of fair trade, which leads to serious negative effect on the recovery of the world economy. Therefore, we should pay attention to the negative effects of new trade protectionism on China＇s economy, and we should fully mobilize the govern- ment, enterprises and business associations to cope with new trade protectionism actively while op- oosin~ it without hesitation.
