摘要
党的十七届五中全会提出在推进工业化、城镇化深入发展中推进农业现代化的"三化同步"战略,对破解当前我国经济发展中的困难和问题,对如何全面实现小康具有重要而深远的意义。文章着重通过对大方、纳雍的"三化同步"建设实践,就毕节市如何实现"三化同步",建成全面小康,提出以产业培育和发展作为支撑和基础。
