摘要 为实现Nd∶GdVO4激光器单纵模运转,以环形腔选模的方法为基础,设计了"8"字形环形谐振腔来实现激光器单频运转,同时以Nd∶GdVO4为激光介质,LBO为倍频晶体,通过内腔倍频技术得到671nm的单频红色激光.通过调节谐振腔长度改变激光介质中振荡激光模大小,从而优化激光介质中振荡激光模和泵浦激光模之间的交叠比率以提高输出功率,实验测得最大输出功率为0.9W. In order to obtain the Nd∶GdVO4 laser of single-longitudinal-mode operation ,a ring cavity was designed to achieved the single-longitudinal-mode 671 nm red laser based on the intracavity frequency doubling technology by using the Nd ∶ GdVO4 for laser medium and the LBO for frequency doubling crystal .By changing the cavity length and optimizing the mode-to-pump ratio inside the laser medium ,the maximum output power of 0. 9W red laser at 671 nm was obtained .
