脉搏波传播中能量的衰减

摘要 无创血压测量方法中,柯氏音电子血压计克服了人为因素对血压测量结果的影响,但生理因素对于测得血压值的准确性也有影响,考虑在传播的过程中,粘弹性介质对脉搏波传播的影响,该文研究了脉搏波的传播。以弹性波模型为基础,通过推导证明得柯氏音信号能量的衰减性。采用电子柯氏音血压计测量。对研究对象有创法和无创法测得的血压值进行分析比较,结果表明,理论推导与实际测量所得的结果一致。脉搏波传播中有能量的衰减,柯氏音电子血压计所测信号有能量衰减。 Electronic sphygmomanometer of Korotkoff is one of the noninvasive blood pressure measure- ments which overcome man - made influence. However, physiological factors have effects on the accuracy of blood pressure values. In this study, pulse wave propagation was studied with considering the effects of viscoelastic media on it during the process of propagation. On basis of elastic wave model, energy decay of Korotkoff during spreading was proved to be deduced through theory. And theoretical derivation were verified to be consistent with the actual measurement results by comparing pressure values measured by invasive and noninvasive method. There is energy attenuation during pulse wave propagation and the signals measured by electronic sphygmomanometer also have en- ergy decay. In this paper, the noninvasive measurement were useed by electronic sphygmomanometer of Korotkoff.
