结合餐饮空间设计课程中的案例分析部分,带领学生进行实地调研,主要针对呼伦贝尔地区蒙古族特色餐饮空间设计现状进行深入调研,通过资料收集、整理、汇总,将其划分为综合豪华型餐饮空间、依托旅游景区的度假村、淳朴的自然主义风格等几种类型的空间设计。并从中总结呼伦贝尔地区蒙古族餐饮空间设计的特点、设计中的优缺点,为进一步设计研究进行前期的资料准备。
