摘要
通过文献回顾的方法对国内外护士绩效考核研究现状进行综述,得出目前护士绩效考核研究中存在的主要问题——考核指标体系的设计与现行的责任制整体护理模式不匹配,关键指标不能反映岗位管理、分层使用、责任护士包干患者及分级护理等诸多因素;工作量考核要么指标太复杂统计难度大,要么指标单一或者不全面代表性差;重考核轻沟通,回馈机制不完善等。为进一步构建科学合理的护士绩效考核指标体系及绩效工资分配方案提供依据。
By the method of literature review the nurse performance appraisal research status at domestic and abroad were reviewed. It is concluded that the main problems of nurse performance appraisal research. The design of evaluation index system and the current holistic nursing pattern don't match. Key indicators can't reflect the post management, layered using, all-in nurse patient, grading nursing, and other factors. Workload evaluation indicators is or too complicated and too difficult to statistics, or poor single and not fully representative. The nurse performance appraisal attached great importance to the assessment and despised communication. Feedback mechanism is not perfect. In order to further build scientific and reasonable nursing performance appraisal index system and provides the basis for merit pay allocation plan.
