摘要
目的:探讨B超在卵巢巧克力囊肿中的诊断价值,为临床巧克力囊肿的临床诊断提供参考。方法:采用西门子60型B超声诊断仪对66例经病理组织切片证实为卵巢巧克力囊肿的患者进行扫描检查,观察B超检查的准确度。结果:66例患者经B超检查和组织病理检查均证实为卵巢巧克力囊肿。其中,B超检查有2例患者误诊为阔韧带肌瘤,1例患者误诊为卵巢皮样囊肿,1例患者误诊为黄体破裂,1例患者误诊为陈旧性宫外孕,1例患者误诊为卵巢囊肿畸胎瘤,超声诊断准确率为90.1%(60/66)。结论:B超检查对于卵巢巧克力囊肿的临床诊断具有较高的实际应用价值。
Objective： To evaluate the diagnostic value and clinical characteristics of B-ultrasound for ovarian chocolate cysts, in order to provide reference for the diagnose of ovarian chocolate cysts.Method： Siemens 60 B-type ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus was used to diagnose the imaging characteristics of 66 patients with pathologically confirmed biopsy.Result： 66 cases were diagnosed and confirmed as the ovarian chocolate cysts by B-ultrasound and histological examination.While two cases were misdiagnosed as broad ligament fibroids, one case was misdiagnosed as ovarian abscess, one case was misdiagnosed as corpus luteum rupture, one case was misdiagnosed as old ectopic pregnancy and one ease was misdiagnosed as ovarian cysts teratogenic tumors.The ultrasound diagnostic accuracy was 90.1%（60/66）.Conchmion： The B-ultrasound for the clinical diagnosis of ovarian chocolate cysts has a high practical value.
