摘要
目的:探讨肾内科护理实习生带教中临床路径的应用效果。方法:将52名护理实习生随机分为对照组(传统临床带教方法 )与观察组(临床路径式带教方法 ),比较两组理论、操作成绩。结果:观察组理论成绩(91.5±4.2)分、技能成绩(90.7±2.8)分、口试成绩(93.2±3.5)分,对照组分别为(76.8±3.6)分、(82.8±3.6)分、(85.7±2.8)分,观察组成绩明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床路径应用于护理带教,有助于提高临床护理教学质量。
Objective: To investigate the effect of clinical pathway on clinical teaching for student nurses in urology department.Method: 52 student nurses were divided into control group(traditional clinical teaching)and observation group(clinical pathway teaching). Compared with theoretical examination, manipulation performance.Result: There were significant better inspection results in observation group than that in control group(P〈0.05).Theoretical results was (91.5 ± 4.2), skills results was (90.7 ± 2.8), oral exam result was (93.2 ± 3.5) in observation group, obviously increased than those in control group(76.8 ± 3.6, 82.8 ±3.6, 85.7 ± 2.8).Conclusion: Clinical pathway applied in nursing teaching is helpful for improving clinical nursing teaching quality.
