沟通方法在肺功能检查中的应用体会

The Application Experience of Communication Method in Pulmonary Function Test

目的:肺功能检查时沟通方法体会心得。方法:将502例在笔者所在医院进行肺功能检查的患者或受检者采用不同的沟通方式。结果:在检查者的耐心正确的指导下,以语言、非语言的沟通方法,取得了满意的临床诊断效果。结论:良好的沟通是肺功能检查时患者配合检查、取得满意检测效果的基础。

Objective： To discuss experience of communication method in pulmonary function test.Method： A total of 502 patlents or clients in our hospital did the pulmonary function test received different communication ways.Result： Under the patient and correct guidance of checkers by communication ways in verbal or nonverbal, the results of clinical diagnosis were satisfactory.Conclusion： Good communication is the basis of getting satisfactory testing results in the pulmonary function test of patients.
