Construction and Exploration of Digital Archive System for Shanghai Rail Transit

针对上海轨道交通网络服务覆盖面广、运营管理规模大、专业管理复杂性强和运营保障要求高等特点,结合管理、生产需求,对其数字档案馆建设的架构设计、资源管理、功能开发、服务使用、数据安全等方面进行研究,以提升档案管理信息化水平和档案使用效率,确保档案数据的安全性。

To solve the problems of widespread scope of rail transit net services,large-scale operation management,complex specialties and high standards for operation and maintenance,Shanghai Rail Transit Digital Archive （SRTDA） system is established,which aims to meet the demands of administration and production on the basis of existing file management.Through exploration of the schema design,resource management,function development,service and use,and datum safety and so on,it is hoped that SRTDA will not only upgrade the overall management level of file archive information,but also promote the efficient use of Shanghai metro file,safeguard the file data as well.
