摘要
以上海某地铁出入口施工为背景,介绍了利用管棚法加冻结法进行地层加固后实施暗挖施工的技术。参考数值模拟的计算结果,对出入口冻结孔等进行优化设计。在冻结过程中,通过卸压、强制解冻等一系列措施,有效控制了冻胀效应对地表及市政管线的影响,为城市地下结构施工积累了经验。
Taking the construction of a subway passageway in Shanghai as background,the technology of pipe-shed method and freezing method applied in shallow mining engineering is introduced.Based on the results of numerical simulation calculation,the design of freezing holes is optimized.In the process of freezing,the effect of frost heaving on the surface and pipelines is controlled through a series of measures,such as the depressurization and the imperative thawing method.This method and practice accumulates successful experiences for urban underground construction.
