1例老年患者治疗用药合理性分析

One case study of rational administration in aged patient

目的:通过分析1例接受中、西药物联合治疗的老年患者的用药过程,研讨用药合理性。方法:病例讨论。结果 :发现抗菌药物选择存在不合理现象;抗凝、活血药物使用品种过多;中、西药物联合使用不当,导致药物不良反应发生。结论 :治疗过程中安全、合理地用药十分重要,在联合使用中、西药物时应考虑到药物相互作用,必要时请临床药师事先介入,参与制定用药方案。

Objective：To investigate and analyze the effect of rational use of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） and chemical drugs on a typical aged patient. Methods：This case was discussed in detail. Results：There was an unreasonable use of antibiotics and too many kinds of anticoagulants drugs were used. The unreasonable combination of TCM and chemical drugs might more likely result in adverse reactions. Conclusion：It is very important to safely and reasonably use both TCM and chemical drugs in clinic. The interaction of TCM and chemical drugs should be considered when they are clinically used in combination. Clinical pharmacists should participate in the development of regiment in advance when necessary.
