护理人员开展药学服务的调查

Survey of clinical pharmaceutical care of nursing staffs

目的 :了解护理人员开展药学服务的情况,为更广泛开展药学服务工作提出方向。方法 :采用问卷法对护理人员开展药学服务的情况、获取药学知识的途径以及影响药学服务的因素等方面进行调查。结果 :护理人员的药学服务意识有待提高,学历层次对药学服务有着显著影响(P<0.05);影响护理人员进行药学服务的主要因素是药学知识的不足。结论 :必须加强护理人员药学服务的意识,临床药师必须帮助护理人员提高药学服务所需的知识与技能,从而提高药学服务的整体水平。

Objective： To understand the situation of nursing staffs performing clinical pharmaceutical service so as to provide a guidance for pharmaceutical service in our hospital. Methods： Questionnaire was used for investigating the pharmaceutical service of nursing staffs, the ways for them to get knowledge of pharmacy and the factors affecting their pharmaceutical service. Results：The awareness of nursing staffs to pharmaceutical service is to be improved. The level of education has a significant impact on pharmaceutical service（P＆lt;0.05）. The main factor affecting the pharmaceutical care of nursing staffs is insufifcient knowledge of pharmacy. Conclusion：Awareness of nursing staffs to pharmaceutical service should be strengthened and clinic pharmacists have to help nursing staffs improve their knowledge and skills required for pharmacy services so as to improve the overall level of pharmaceutical service.
