启动子是控制目的基因表达的关键元件,而诱导型启动子的出现为精确、灵活调控外源基因在植物中的表达提供了可能,目前已经成为植物基因工程研究和开发的热点之一。该文主要就环境胁迫诱导型、光诱导型、激素诱导型等各种常见的诱导启动子的特点进行了综述,并对诱导型启动子的未来研究和应用方向进行了展望。

Promoter is a key element for control of gene expression. Inducible promoter allows foreign genes to express in transgenic plants in a more precise and flexible way, so the research about inducible promoters have become a focus in plant genetic engineering research . This paper describes the main features of environmental stress induced promoters,light-inducible promoters, hormone-induced promoters and so on. And discussed the direction of research and ap- plication of inducible promoters.in future.
