摘要
目的:分析我国公立医院的收入、支出结构及盈余情况,探讨公立医院补偿方式改革。方法:利用2010—2011年官方统计数据,对我国公立医院的收入、支出、盈利水平等进行分析。结果:我国公立医院收支基本平衡,略有盈余;药品收支盈余补偿医疗收支亏损的状况有待进一步改善。结论:推进医疗服务价格体系改革,提高医疗服务价格,改变以药养医的局面;加强成本考核与管理,促进公立医院健康发展。
Objective： Structure of income, expenditure and surplus in public hospitals is analyzed to explore the public hospital compensation reforms. Methods： Using 2010-2011 official statistics data to analyze the revenues, expenses and profit levels. Results： The income and expenditure in public hospitals of China was generally balanced with little surplus; the status of using the surplus of medicine income and expenditure, to compensate the loss of the healthcare＇s income and expenditure needs further implementation. Conclusion： It needs to progress the reform of medical service price system, increase the price of medical service, change the status of using medicine to compensate the heahhcare; strengthen cost assessment and management to improve the healthy development of public hospitals.
