喀什地区民营与公立医院经济运行现状对比分析

Comparative Analysis on Status Quo of Economic Operation in Private Hospitals and Public Hospitals in Kashi Area

目的:了解喀什地区民营医院经济运行现状。方法:采用历史数据分析法,以新疆维吾尔自治区喀什地区民营医院为调查对象,根据喀什地区2009—2012年医疗机构卫生财务年报统计数据,对民营医院和公立医疗机构的卫生资源、经济运行现状等方面进行对比分析。结果:喀什地区民营医院,不管是从医院规模、人力资源、床位使用率以及工作量等方面,还是在经济运行方面,均比不上公立医院。结论:民营医院的发展应从加强自身的专业特长、走专科经营的路线,改善经营环境,加强成本控制等方面着手。

Objective： To understand the present economic： operation situation of private hospitals in Kashi. Methods： The historical data analysis is adopted, the private hospitals of Kashi in Xinjiang is chose as the object of survey, according to the data of health statistical yearbooks of Kashi District from 2009 to 2012, aspects of private hospitals and public medical institutions, such as health resources and economic operation status were compared and analyzed. Results： Whether from the hospital size, human resources, utilization of beds, workload, etc., or the economic operation, the private hospitals of Kashi are not as good as public hospitals. Conclusion： Development of private hospitals should focus on enhancing professional expertise, taking specialist business line, improving business environment and strengthening cost control and other aspects.
