To summarize the course of history for fund settlement informatization work in Health Newspaper, which experienced three historical processes including technique leading business, business improving technique and the integration of business and technique. During these three processed, it mainly achieved ＂three breaks＂： firstly, the break of transferring financing payment business from bank counter to customer desktop input; secondly, the break of transferring financing calculation from handicraft processing to automatic processing; thirdly, the break of accounting, calculation, separation accounting and accounting integration. Based on the above summarizing analysis, the future vision of fund settlement informatization work in Health Newspaper was briefly proposed.
