摘要 目的通过对贵州省16所乡镇卫生院药品零差价政策实施前后居民医疗费用的变化分析,为该政策的进一步完善和缓解人群医疗费用负担提供支持。方法采用随机抽样方法抽取门诊处方和住院病历进行统计分析。结果药品零差价政策实施后门诊费用增加,住院费用降低。结论基本药物制度逐步推广,应在乡镇卫生院补偿机制、药品配送机制及基药种类等方面采取更有效的措施。 OBJECTIVE By analyzing the effects that before and after implementing "drug' s zero profit" policy to residents' medical expenses survey in 16 township hospitals in Guizhou. It is a support that offers further improvement for the policy and alleviate burden of population medical expenses. METHODS Adopting analysis study, which statistics randomly selected outpatient prescriptions and medical records. RESULTS The increase in outpatient costs, reduced hospitalization costs after the implementation of the policy. CONCLUSION Essential drugs would be rolled out the gradual popularization; Which should take more effective measures in the compensation mechanism of township hospitals, mechanism of drug delivery and kinds of essential drugs.
