化疗对急性白血病患者γ干扰素、血清α-羟丁酸脱氢酶与乳酸脱氢酶水平的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨应用柔红霉素(DNR)加阿糖胞苷(DA)的化疗方案对急性髓细胞白血病(AML)M5患者体内γ干扰素(IFN-γ)、血清α-羟丁酸脱氢酶(HBDH)与乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)表达水平的影响。方法:选自2009年9月至2013年6月住院化疗AML M5患者70例,患者静脉滴注DNR 40mg·m^-2·d^-1,连续给药3d;静脉滴注阿糖胞苷(Ara-C)150mg·m^-2·d^-1,连用5-7d。对AML M5患者化疗前后IFN-γ(ELISA法)及HBDH、LDH(生化法)水平变化进行比较。结果:诱导缓解化疗的初治或复发急性白血病(AL)组患者IFN-γ、HBDH、LDH化疗后水平较化疗前降低,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05);维持治疗的缓解后AL组患者IFN-γ化疗后较化疗前降低,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);HBDH、LDH化疗后较化疗前有所降低,但差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论:AML M5患者接受化疗可能会对患者体内IFN-γ、LDH和HBDH表达水平有一定影响,一定程度上可抑制IFN-γ的表达。 Objective: To investigate the expression of interferon-gamma (IFN-γ), HBDH and LDH in serum of the M5 patients with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) after daunorubicin (DA) chemotherapy, and to explore the clinical significances in diagnosis and treatment. patients with acute myeloid leukemia in chemotherapy were selected as research object. The plus cytarabine Methods. The cases with liver, heart, kidney diseases and treatment of co-infection were removed. There were 30 cases of de novo relapsed AL group, 30 cases of remission AL group. Patients were given continuous administration intravenous infusion of daunorubicin (DNR) 40mg · m^-2 · d ^-1 for three days~ and continuous administration intravenous infusion of cytarabine (Ara-C) 150 mg · m^- 2 · d^-1 every 5 to 7 days. The level of IFN-γ in ser um was tested in ELISA assay; the levels of HBDH, LDH were tested in biochemical assay in serum of patients before and after chemotherapy. Results: There HBDH and LDH before and after chemotherapy (P〈0. were significant differences in the levels of IFN-'/, 05) in novo relapsed AL group. The level of IFN-γ reduces significantly after chemotherapy (P〈0.05), while the levels of HBDH, LDH shows no signifi- cant change (P〈0.05) after chemotherapy in remission AL group. Conclusions: It shows that chemotherapy has a certain effect on the expressions of IFN-γ, HBDH and LDH in serum from the patients with acute leukemia. The expression of IFN-γ can be depressed by chemotherapy in AL patients.
