多项血清MMP、IL及PGE-2与急性淋巴细胞白血病的关系

Correlation between various serum MMP,IL,PGE-2 levels and acute lymphoblastic leukemia

目的:研究多项血清基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)、白细胞介素(IL)及前列腺素E2(PGE-2)与急性淋巴细胞白血病的关系。方法:选取本院收治的40例急性淋巴细胞白血病患者为观察组,并以同期的40名健康人员为对照组,然后将两组的多项血清MMP、IL及PGE-2水平进行比较,同时比较不同分期与分型患者的检测水平,并将其与疾病的关系以Logistic回归分析进行处理。结果:观察组的多项血清MMP、IL-6、IL-8及PGE-2均高于对照组,IL-3及IL-12均低于对照组,且其中T型与未缓解期患者的多项血清MMP、IL-6、IL-8及PGE-2均高于B型及缓解期患者,IL-3及IL-12均低于B型及缓解期患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);且经Logistic回归分析处理显示上述指标均与疾病有密切的关系。结论:急性淋巴细胞白血病患者的多项血清MMP、IL及PGE-2均呈现异常的状态,且受分型与分期的影响均较大,其均与疾病有密切的关系。

Objective：To study and analyze the correlation between various serum MMP, IL, PGE-2 levels and acute lymphoblastic leukemia. Methods：40 patients with acute lymphoblastic leukemia admitted to our hospital were selected as observation group, 40 healthy persons were enrolled as control group during the same period, then the various serum MMP, IL, PGE-2 levels of two groups were compared, and these indexes levels were compared among patients with different stages and types of acute lymphoblastic leukemia in the observation group, then the correlation between the indexes and acute lymphoblastic leukemia were analyzed by Logistic analysis. Results. The various serum MMP,IL-6,IL-8 and PGE-2 of observation group were all higher than those of control group,IL-3 and IL-12 were lower than those of control group,and the various serum MMP,IL-6,IL-8 and PGE-2 of observation group with type T lymphoblastic leukemia and at the stage of non-remission were all higher than those of patients with type B lymphoblastic leukemia and at the stage of remission, IL-3 and IL-12 were lower than those of patients with type B and at the stage of remission （P all〈0.05）. Logistic analysis showed close correlation between those indexes and lymphoblastic leukemia. Conclusion.The various serum MMP,IL and PGE-2 of patients with acute lymphoblastic leukemia are abnormal,and the degree of abnormality are correlated with types and stages of lymphoblastic leukemia.
